I once went to a stuttering support group. I had no idea what to really expect as I rarely even run into people who stutter. So I went to this support group which was lead by my speech pathologist at the time. The people in the group were lovely. They were all well educated, articulate and successful. I didn’t gain much from the group but it was nice to see people thriving despite the speech impediment
