Thanks for sharing. Blurting is like having your intention clearly define. There is no place for doubt so you don´t stutter. Same with swearing. I totally agree with you. My take is: to trust your subconscious completely you have to be willing to risk two things. The risk of offending or saying something "dumb" (or fuck up as you said) and the chance of having nothing to say. Some people get uncomfortable with silence. I recommend a book called "Speech is a River" by Ruth Mead. She talks about trusting your subconscious to do the talking while avoid your conscious mind to try to control the outcome by effort and willpower. Again. Thanks for sharing.
