Hmm...nice question....For bullying i kept to myself in high school so people won't notice that i stutter and For dating I am 24F and never dated anyone and the main reason is i don't know if other person will accept my stuttering or not...but i had a friend who liked me and i got to know about this liking after few months, so i asked him he obviously know that i stammer so does that make any difference and he said no it's barely noticeable( I have a very mild stammering) and no it doesn't matter. He never approached me because he knew feeling was not Mutual.
