Well I can say for certain that I have and still bottle up frustrations. Sadly I've trained myself to hold my emotions in and not expressing them(especially anger). You've reminded me of what I learned in therapy about expressing emotions by writing letters and burning them, punching and screaming in pillows(may sound silly but it works), I might start doing them again. Thank you
