Im a sterile technician the program was fine as long as you pass all the test but surgical technician requires Just a bit more talking cause your handing the surgeon the tools directly and have to know the name of each one, I’ve seen some surgeons be dicks to their surg techs if they dropped or handed them the wrong instrument.
