I understand where you are coming from. My mom sometimes would finish the word or sentence for me. My family understands my stuttering so I doesn’t bother me. On the other hand, when I am out in the real world, people misunderstand me when I stutter as well. Sometimes, they think it’s something wrong with me and I realize I can’t get too personal with people who think like that.
