I agree completely, my 2 cents is to: 1. always expect anticipatory anxiety and learn to stay calm while feeling this anxiety 2. don't ignore or avoid the anxiety because if you don't feel it anymore, you won't learn to become tolerant against feared letters and stutter pressure or learn that fear of anticipation is not a problem whereas if you need to temporarily relieve yourself from anxiety you tell your instinct that it's a problem and that you need to solve this fear (which creates complicated secondary behaviors)
