Around good ppl I let it out, but I still try not to stutter too much bc even good people can get fed up with it eventually... But around strangers especially other young guys under 40 I try my best to hide it because I know from insane amount of experiences they're the ones who will start shit with me 99% of the times. It doesn't work alot of times but sometimes I can pull it off. It beats having to stress my self out and possibly have a confrontation everyday of my life.
