I’m a civil engineer with a focus in hydrology and hydraulics, pretty technical stuff. I also have a minor stutter that I’ve had all my life. I see technical problem solving as a confidence boost rather than allowing it to cause anxiety. It’s all in how you shape it in your own mind. Try thinking along the lines of “I’m one of the smartest mother f*ckers in this room and everyone wants to hear what I have to say”. It’s helped me go from a moderate to minor stutter.
