This may help some of you I have severe stuttering problem. As I grew up, I expected the problem to go away, but instead it got worse. At some point when I opened my mouth, my jaw locked and my throat locked too. Sometimes I couldn’t say a simple “hi.” Then I started having other problems. Memory problems, muscle pain, joint pain, headache, etc. It turned out I was severely dehydrated even though I drank a lot of water. Now I drink water with electrolytes, and one by one the problems went away. To my surprise, my stuttering got reduced significantly as well. I’m no longer nervous to speak. I feel confident and comfortable when I talk. Again, I don’t think this may help all of you, but try to drink 3 liters of water a day with electrolytes for a week or two and see if it helps. Apparently water helps loosen the muscles and reduce nervousness or something.
