i can't say my name

i can't say my name I have trouble saying words that begin with a vowel and guess what? My name begins with A, lol. It's frustrating not being able to say something so basic, on top of that I suffer from anxiety and the thought that someone will ask me my name and I'm going to stutter pops into my head every day and it makes me so nervous. Even if I'm calm, just hearing "What's your name?" makes my throat tighten and I get stuck on the first letter, the funny thing is that when I'm alone I can say it with total ease. I don't know why I started to stutter with my name if I've always been able to say it normally, it's not fair.
