I know how this feels to a degree , I was placed in a Group Discussion round to this very prestigious school and they straight up anhilated me and just were mean to the core , to a height where they said 'We want progressive candidates who can conduct themselves properly in a corporate environment let alone academic background' . I don't mean to be pessimistic but do factor in that it may not go to our plans and we have to live with it . That school which rejected me , accepted a much lesser candidate in terms of academic performance while I was shunned out for my perceived 'lack of ability to speak' , they said I was simply wasting my and their time and I should go for some other place where 'people like me' go . I am done with conferences , debates and interviews since then . Thankfully I had My backup and safety schools lined up
