Are you guys self conscious about the aspects of your stuttering problem?
Content
Are you guys self conscious about the aspects of your stuttering problem? For example: I know what letters I tend to stutter more. I usually have a problem with occlusive consonants(/p/, /t/, /k/, /g/, /b/), most words started in vowel sounds and the voiceless /h/ sound. Are you guys also self conscious about these kinds of details? Also, does it make the situation worse for you? I constantly think about what comes next in my sentence when speaking or reading a text out loud and it usually messes me up because I keep trying to predict it's going to happen and I get even more anxious.
