After reading your comments, it seemsthat you have been deeply affected by trauma and have developed severe anxiety that has prevented you from making any friends. I would suggest therapy (not speech). I wish I did it much sooner in my journey. To answer your last question, I think acceptance is a big first step. Then, desensitization and slowly replacing your negative thoughts with more positive possibilities. Lastly, try getting out of your comfort zone. Baby steps.
