Yep! When I was around 12-14 years old my parents took me to a hypnotherapist. I’d tried speech therapy but I didn’t really make a difference so maybe this was their last option. The sessions were definitely not what I expected as I left each time feeling different about my speech. I felt more relaxed and confident and found my breathing to be better, but after a few days I’d fall back into bad habits. I ended up falling fast asleep in one of the sessions and snoring very loudly apparently. It didn’t have any lasting effect on me, but I personally think hypnotherapy is mainly bull. I was skeptical as a kid, now as an adult I wouldn’t give it another try, personally. Maybe those who go expecting good results or with an open mind may be better suited
