yes I know I have seen many such comments as you say, most of them do not understand what it means to be stuttering or have not even heard much about it, they have related this to the concept that when two people argue and one of them does not reach the points of the person who is debating and ostensibly when they stutter they lose the debate or something because they's supposedly have no facts about to continue a debate apo something like that.
