Stuttering... while texting??

Stuttering... while texting?? I've had a little stutter whenever I spoke for the longest time, but ever since I have regularly used the Internet to post, comment, or message friends, I sometimes realize that the thought going on my head doesn't fully translate to what I have typed. I oftentimes skip a word, repeat the same word twice, or even add -ings to things that should not have. I see some resemblance to how I physically talk, so I thought they might be little related. Is this just mere coincidence or do some of you guys experience the same thing?
