I understand completely what you’re saying. If you didn’t have a stutter, would you want to go to college this year? If yes, then go. Building up this fear will just make your speech 10x worse. Teachers will be patient, students will be tolerable, and if they’re not, then they’re POS who aren’t worth forming any relationship with. Don’t let you stutter hold you back on anything you want to do (within reason). If it takes you longer to talk, so be it.
