In the UK, lots of job application forms have a section to disclose any disability, so that that the interviewers can accommodate you by making reasonable adjustments. I usually say here that I have a mild stutter, which doesn't require any special treatment and doesn't affect my work, but which I just want to make the interviewer aware of.
