With that being said, whatever path you want; reduction or tolerance, i think the *recognition* of the fear maybe is the most important. Recognize the fact that fear influences our decision making, predicts our future, and prevents us from going outside our comfort zone. The inability of not pushing ourselves bc of fear keeps us in that infinite holding pattern and all the negative emotions continue to fester.
