It took me so long to learn this…age 41 now and it only clicked for me a few years ago. So it may take time for you to click too. Learning to have confidence in your self and your message is difficult , you have to really believe that what you say is worthwhile and put the “fuck it” in your system and do you…that’s a real oversimplification but hopefully it makes sense to someone.
