Techniques for words beginning with h?

Techniques for words beginning with h? Hi all, I've had a minor stutter since I was a teenager. Went to saw a speech therapist but I sort of lost contact with them as I went to uni. It comes and goes but I've always struggled on words beginning with h. Does anyone else have the same issue? If so, any advice? Thanks
