Am I the only one getting mad when hearing other people stutter? I've been stuttering for as long as I can remember. I'm currently 17 years old and I'm going to school to be an electrician. I'd describe my stutter as a medium, not fluent but understandable without a doubt. I've been to a speech therapist and I've learned to cope my stutters better. The thing is, there is this kid in the "arts" program that also stutters and sometimes he sits close to me so that I can overhear his conversations. There was also a kid on my old school that stuttered. The thing is, when I hear someone else stutter, I get mad. Not like I wanna punch him in the face, more like I want to tell him to stop talking like a retard and get his shit together. Afterwards when I realize what I've been thinking I seriously get confused and I start to wonder if im healthy or completely insane. I've never been the "bully" kind, actually I've been the kid that told my friends to apologize to people they've been mean to since I got teased with my stuttering a lot when I was younger. And no, I'm not a troll. I'm just wondering if there's anyone else out there that's had the same problem as me and if there's a way to not be mad over it. I've also never said anything to anyone with a speech-disorder, so don't give me any moral speeches please. And yeah, I can agree it's pretty funny and absurd too actually.
