Looking for medications to reduce stuttering (Propranolol)

Looking for medications to reduce stuttering (Propranolol) I know that there is no cure. I am in my mid 20's, and have stuttered severely my entire life. I have been in intensive speech therapy for multiple years ever since I was very young, have seen various SLPs, even tried the SpeechEasy. One thing that I have not experienced with is Anti-anxiety medication (haven't tried weed either). When I was at a stuttering convention many years ago, I remember one individual said that Anti-anxiety medication helped him a ton. I was doing some more research, and it seems like Propranolol helps some people with their stuttering. I know this is very specific to the individual, since we all stutter differently, but I am wondering if any users here use Propranolol. In particular, how much do you take and what is your stutter like? Mostly blocks, repetitions, etc. ? How long have you been taking it for? Does it last the entire day? I'm not sure if it will help me, because whereas I do have some anxiety with my stuttering, it just happens all the time. Even talking by myself I will sometimes stutter (it's not like I'm anxious sitting around by myself). Mostly I have large blocks and some facial contortions. I still think it's something that I'll probably try, but I just wanted to hear some more opinions.
