I would say I’m a person with a severe stutter, too. On bad days, I can only get 2 or 3 words out in a minute. It sounds to me like you should consider the possibility of psychological help, if at all possible. 10% of life is what happens to us, 90% of it is how we react to it. Don’t get me wrong, it sucks sometimes being this way, but there’s no use in spending your life in vain hating yourself. You can’t change it. Lean into it and figure out how to embrace it. Something I’ve learned recently is that nobody gives a shit about your stutter other than you. Nobody is more critical of your stutter than you. What you have to say is important. Please remember that.
