Sorry to hear you’re going through all that! I remember talking aloud in class being a nightmare too alright. One technique I found helpful was slow reading. The idea is you practice everyday just reading some text really really slowly, exaggerating each syllable. And when I mean slow I mean really slow lol. Personally I noticed a big difference almost right away in my stammer and my overall speech clarity when talking or reading aloud normally. I still stutter but not as much and it doesn’t bother me nearly as much anymore. Idk if it’ll suit you but I hope it might help! If you need more info on it or anything just let me know.
