The other thing that helps me massively right before a job interview is to take 1/2 dose of a beta blocker, and some valerian root. Beta blockers are used by actors with stage fright because it keeps your heart rate down, which also lowers adrenaline and stress. And the valerian root is like a weaker, natural form of valium. This makes my speech super fluent. And if need be, mix 1/2 beta blocker with half a valium. You'll feel like you just had a glass of wine.
