It doesn't sound you are in therapy at the moment? This would definitely be the first step. I did psychotherapy as kid and.. I think speech language pathology is the right English word for it. Not sure. Teenager can be cruel I know. It gets easier the older you get. Btw. I like "mentally disabled" people. They are kind. And usually not as dumb as people think
