Is S the most common letter of the alphabet where stutterers struggle to get past words which begin with it?

Is S the most common letter of the alphabet where stutterers struggle to get past words which begin with it? I get different people have different kinds of blocks with different letters. But I have observed S's being blocked way too often. So how many of you face those blocks while pronouncing words with S's?
