There are different levels of stuttering. In most militaries it's fine unless it's a real trouble maker. It's 80% how the whole system works, the bureaucracy, the level of corruption, how good and **objective** they are. In some countries it's really bad, even really sick people have to go through the mandatory service, just because the military office folks are obligated to meet some certain number. But I suppose if you're from a Western world country, it's okay.
