Throat hurts after pushing through blocks

Throat hurts after pushing through blocks Hi everyone. Recently I’ve been having bad blocks on hard C sounds “concrete, capture, etc” and I’ve been blocking really bad on the initial c sound. I’ve just been pushing through them and I’ve noticed after my day my throat is a little sore. Idk if it’s just coincidence or if I am actually straining my throat my pushing through the block. Any advice or tips? Thanks!
