Well you are just fucked then if you have both! 😂. Seriously, I know it sucks but it is something that can be overcome to live a productive life. I hated my stutter when I was young, I wear glasses and have a funny name. I could've succumbed to the bullying and not reading aloud in class but I made my mind up young, fuck it wait til I get this out and I learned that my hands also stutter so the bullying stopped. Most of us are super smart so find what you are good at and flourish!
