Therapy Question

Therapy Question Has anyone ever held a conversation with a fellow stutterer in real life? Was it therapeutic? Did you find yourself having an easier time talking (being more fluent?) I’ve only met three other people who have a stutter in my whole life. (23) One from middle school, and two from my different places of work. For 2 of the 3 they were passing conversations where I could kinda control my stutter so it didn’t show as much. (At work I feel empowered because of my team being aware of my stutter or professional experience in knowing what Im talking about so I don’t stutter as much... sometimes, lol.) Are any of you guys in or ever tried therapy like this, where you literally just talk through it? Does it even exist? Wouldn’t mind finding a “stutter buddy” if that makes sense.
