At the evening I had a Date and there I spoke 3-4 hours nearly fluently. But I don't think that was the impact of thiamin. In dating situations I speak fluently the most of the time, I think the reason is, that I have fun and I am thinking about the girl in front of me. In this situations I rarely have thoughts about my stutter.
