Look for your states anti-discrimination and labor department. You can file a claim against the company and the state will open a case. If found at fault, they can owe you money. It may be as a person with disabilities. Keep all texts, emails, whatever proof. Or make your own proof… A woman just did this to the company I work for. She filed it for free (I think) and now they are freaking out.
