Best advice I could give you is similar to another comment… stop caring and start accepting your stutter. It’s important to think about your stutter not as something that defines you, but just a part of you. Once you accept it and become more confident in yourself, you’ll see that your stutter might even get better! I’ve been stuttering my entire life and changing my mindset really changed everything for me. Ofcourse there are still ups and downs with my fluency, but I just try to handle it as best I can. Also, try to lean into your strengths and interests! Off taking on the phone is a trigger for you and you prefer face to face, at not try retail or something within the service industry that deals more with people? Or you could go on the other end of the spectrum and do sobering completely remote and digital! Best of luck to you!
