As someone with a stammer, I know exactly how you feel and let me tell you, you're a lot more than your stammer and you're definitely not alone. Therapy can help but what would make a huge difference is facing your fear because that's the only way to get over it. Remaining quiet won't make things any better. Don't let your stammer hold you back.
