Practice in front of people you know IRL or over Zoom. Read it aloud several times over the weekend just like you will Monday and you'll naturally memorize some of the info and important transitions, which will make it a lot easier to stay on track and give you more leeway to use a synonym if you get stuck on a word since you'll know the material well. You got this! Just remember that at the end of the day, no one will really care and most people won't even be fully paying attention.
