Does exercise help? I recently have been very lazy but I want to get back walking on the treadmill. I feel like maybe exercise may help with increasing lung capacity and also increasing confidence/feeling better. I always want to get the spotlight off me asap when speaking so maybe if I have better self esteem and just possibly feeling less lethargic, exercise may help to a certain degree? Thoughts?
