Ive hesrd of two instances of people saying a medicine almost cured them. 1 being the vitamin B tablets but they’ve all mega dosed it. The actual studies said it helped 30% of respondents but worth a try since it’s cheap Another is Dr Gerald Macguire who the lead researcher for stuttering at UC Davis. He’s on a rea prescription from a doctor for some pharma grade medicine that helps this stuttering. It did come with obesity related side effects. I reached out to him to ask what he was on but no response I took 300 mg today like two hours ago of the vitamin b1. Nothing crazy I do noticed a very tiny improvement maybe like a 3 to a 4 on a scale to 10. I’ll do it for a few months and see how it goes
