Such a great post my friend! I can relate 100% and I've used the tricks you mentioned here on and off for decades. I also wish that I atleast had information and anecdotal experiences like this growing up. I just need to get my ass up and find some local group meetings with other stutterers. You might want to drop a tl;dr at the top of your post for people to get the "bread" of what the post is about.
