"spit it out".......

"spit it out"....... Anyone else think "spit it out" is like verbal assault????? It's like a racial slur for stuttering??? What if a stutterer spat in someone's face after that someone said "spit it out"??? Hypotheticaly of course! I would just love to see a stutterer beat up a listener after the listener teases laughs or makes fun of , or says "spit it out"..................
