I feel you 100%, I overthink it way too much too. I also have a mild stutter and I have moments of fluency and moments of I can't speak at all (usually linked with anxiety). To add to focusing on breathing and focusing on something else which helps me a lot swell, I find that things like meditation/mindfulness and just overall managing stress has helped me a lot throughout the years.
