I've just acted as if I didn't have it, and only commented if they bring it up. They aren't suppose to discriminate but it obviously happens, we've all experienced it. My point is though you wouldn't want to work at a place that did that anyways. The important thing is you, you bring value.. regardless of a stutter. It comes down to your level of comfort in your own skin.
