You've got two things going on, my friend. Your stuttering and your mental health. And while they are intertwined, one is a more serious problem. And it's not the stuttering. I always advocate for Speech Therapy. If you treat it like bodybuilding, you're going to see results. You may never be an Adonis of speech, but you can achieve better fluency. Your mental health is your larger issue. You are young and have your whole life ahead of you. People face setbacks all the time. So what if you're a few years behind where you think you should be? Those are arbitrary lines you're drawing. I've been to school in my 20's, 30's, and 40's. You see all walks of life at school. It's not high school. The only way tomorrow is going to be better is if you do something today. Do ANYTHING! Your post here was a good start. What's next? Schedule speech therapy? Schedule a doctor's visit? Go to campus and talk to a counselor about your academic future. You got this.
