The anxiety would only get away with time and experience. Of course if you always have embarrassing and ashamed experiences then maybe never. I'd recommend you try to actually work on it either with a therapist or by yourself. I practice daily bu myself and I consider talking to people practicing it in the real world. My two cents my experiences and my advice here. Good luck
