It's not that you bother anyone :) it's just that you seem to be holding yourself back somewhat. No reason to ask _us_ what we think of what you want to write. It's perfectly fine and you don't have to doubt yourself! The important thing to focus on for you is that you get these things done, because you want to do them. :)
