Yeah drinking to be fluent wont be healthy at all. But it wont be that unhealthy to ONLY use it on special stuff like presentations and interviews for now. Talking of antidepressants arent they also unhealthy? One of the side effects i remember is sexual dysfunction (thats the one that scared me the most haha) and i wouldn't want that despite being sexually inactive. The rest i red were equally bad.
