bro i always it is for two reasons 1. confusion. i tell people i have a disability and they’re like wOw wHat iS iT (this kinda just for the clout) 2. it’s a disadvantage. my stutter puts me behind other. it impacts my abilities. that’s why i call it a disability but just cause i say it is doesn’t mean a stutter IS a disability. i honestly couldn’t tell you legitimate reasons why it is/isn’t
