We've all felt this and in reality it does suck, but there are ways that you can make it better. The envy of seeing other people talk effortlessly did used to hurt, but man what can you do! Nothing, so just try and accept that and become more comfortable with yourself. For one, genuinely just try and face it; put yourself in uncomfortable situations and see how you fare. Before lockdown, I would sometimes struggle at the gym asking people how many sets that they had left on a machine (I would sometimes freeze up, not because I was shy but just physically my stutter would kick in) but it never deterred me; it helped me to find my own flow to minimise stuttering in those situations.
